Householders

M3 provides supported lodgings accommodation throughout Pennine Lancashire (Rossendale, Burnley, Pendle and Hyndburn) in the homes of Householders who offer a room in their homes, along with some level of support for the young people.

Our Householders are a network of individuals (or families) who are in the main not professionally trained. Householders encourage young people to develop day to day independent living skills, leading to greater independence and helping them to take control of their own lives and move-on to their own accommodation.

Young people pay £10 per week to the Householder whether working or on Benefit. The project pays Householders £120 per week whilst they have a young person on placement.
