Alan Dorrington – Project Manager
With a professional background working in Manchester with young runaways under 16 as well as streetwork, outreach and resettlement with 16-25yr olds, Alan moved to East Lancashire and started at M3 as Project Manager in 2003.
Moving to East Lancashire has also given him the opportunity to train regularly on his bike or on foot in the hills, delighting his colleagues with a constant stream of wet and muddy gear.
Jayne Turner - Admin Assistant
Jayne joins us as our admin assistant after temping for us and brings a wealth of admin experience from working for large Government organisations.
Dawn Rowe – Project Worker Supported Lodgings
Dawn has also been with M3 since the beginning, having worked with people with learning disabilities for many years.
She is a well known face around Rossendale due to her regular performances with Bacup Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society at the Royal Court Theatre, Bacup.
John Greenwood – Householder Liaison and Supported Lodgings
John is our Householder support worker, and also covers lodgings placements outside of Rossendale.
John has been working with young people in and around Rossendale for many years and you are most likely to see him off and about on his scooter.
Joanne Mitchell – Senior Project Worker Move-On Accommodation
Matt Meynall – Emergency Lodgings Worker (Temporary)
Matt, a former service user and peer mentor with MOPS was successful in applying for the 6 month part-time Government funded post to work alongside Senior Project Worker Joanne Mitchell in providing support and mentoring to young people on placement within the Move-On project.
Matt is now covering the Emergency Lodgings work with 16 and 17 yr olds.
