M3 is a specialist charity that offers a variety of accommodation services to homeless young people aged 16-25. This accommodation is provided throughout Pennine Lancashire (Rossendale, Burnley, Pendle and Hyndburn) using supported lodgings as well as independent supported properties.
From our office base in Rawtenstall, we offer up to 12 supported lodgings placements and 4 emergency lodgings placements throughout East Lancashire as well as 8 supported accommodation placements for young families.
Our staff team work in a young person centred way to deliver housing related support to young people who find theselves homeless or in housing need, preparing and supporting them through a period of transition and into independent living.
Funded by Supporting People Lancashire, the project employs 6 staff at a Rawtenstall base, using proven supported lodgings and dispersed models of supported accommodation for young people from within and outside of Pennine or East Lancashire.
